Boolbet Sports & Racing is governed by the Bookmaker Sports Betting Rules as administered by Racing Victoria Limited. These should be accessed from this site by clicking on "Rules".

To open an account you should be fully aware of the above and be a minimum age of 18. An account can be opened during business hours on (03) 9214 0520. Alternatively, an account can be opened online by clicking on "Register" and completing the required information.

All new applicants will be required to provide proof of identity, a copy of both sides of any debit or credit card to be used and a copy of the most recent statement. These copies can be sent by fax, mail or email. No payments to you can be permitted until these requirements are met. (Acceptable forms of identity are a passport or a drivers licence.)

Once your application has been submitted, our computer system will give you an account number. You will be required to nominate a password, which can include any combination of numbers and letters using at least four characters. Do not disclose the account number or password to another person.

When you submit a bet to Boolbet, you have not successfully placed a bet until you receive a reply from Boolbet informing you that the bet has either been accepted, partially accepted (and for what stake) or rejected.
